This is a 3 pack of roasts, any way you'd like them! We have 5 options available - pick any 3 and get that slow cooker out of the pantry. You'll receive a minimum of 8 pounds of roast total, with each of our roasts averaging 2.5 - 3 pounds. Each roasts come individually vacuum-sealed.
 
Bottom Round Roast: Wonderful for the slow cooker, we love bottom round roasts for shredded roast beef sandwiches, and our own spin on a french dip. 
 
Chuck Roll Roast: A flavorful boneless roast cut from the shoulder area of the chuck. This roast is great in a slow cooker, and our family utilizes it frequently for the "set it and forget it" busy crock pot dinners - with the favorite being BBQ Beef (recipe will be included in your order).
 
Chuck Blade Roast: A flavorful bone-in roast cut from the shoulder area of the chuck. It has a good balance of lean meat to fat, and is ideal for roasting low and slow.
 
Sirloin Tip Roast: A lean roast that is great for slicing and serving a crowd. This roast will quickly become a family favorite served with potatoes.
 
Top Round Roast: Lean and full of that amazing grass-fed & grainf-finished flavor, the Top Round Roast is ideal for roasting and slicing, then serving with your favorite vegetables or making into a delicious sandwich.
