Here at Thiessen Ranch, we shape all of our decisions to produce the highest quality of beef on a small scale. Our Black Angus steers are carefully raised by our family with continual access to irrigated pastures (grass-fed) and a lengthy grain-finish. We are located in Walla Walla, Washington and our beef is carcass-aged and processed by a USDA certified facility. Each cut is individually vacuum sealed and ready for your freezer..
