- 2 Boneless Roasts (Bottom Round, Chuck Roll, Sirloin Tip or Tri-Tip)
- 8 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 package Stew Meat
- 1 package Short Ribs

If you live within 30 miles of Walla Walla, we will deliver to your doorstep on the first Friday of the month.
If you live outside of the Walla Walla Valley, we ship subscription boxes on the first Tuesday of every month, so it will arrive on your doorstep either Wednesday or Thursday.
