Ready to fill your chest freezer? Custom order your half beef with all of the specific cuts and packaging you desire. The cost of a half beef is $6.50 per pound based upon the hanging weight of the steer with no additional fees.
 
Shipping is possible, but not always available for half beef orders due to the size (approximately 200+ pounds of beef). However, we will gladly deliver or meet you within an hour of Walla Walla, Washington with no delivery fee.
$400 deposit secures your half beef order, with the remaining cost calculated based upon hanging weight of animal and due upon delivery.
