TRADITIONAL Ground Beef has a versatile fat ratio of approximately 85/15, and a beautiful double-grind.
EXTRA LEAN Ground Beef is the same great pasture-raised beef, just leaner with approximately 95/5 lean to fat content.

All ground beef is vacuum-sealed in flat, rectangular one-pound packaging, making freezer storage simple.

The "Gimme the Ground Beef" Subscription includes:

10 or 20 pounds of grain-finished ground beef, in either Traditional (85/15) or Extra Lean (95/5) options.

If you live within 30 miles of Walla Walla, we will deliver to your doorstep on the first Friday of the month.

If you live outside of the Walla Walla Valley, we ship subscription boxes on the first Tuesday of every month, so it will arrive on your doorstep either Wednesday or Thursday.
