TRADITIONAL Ground Beef has a versatile fat ratio of approximately 85/15, and a beautiful double-grind.
EXTRA LEAN Ground Beef is the same great pasture-raised beef, just leaner with approximately 95/5 lean to fat content.
 
All ground beef is vacuum-sealed in flat, rectangular one-pound packaging, making freezer storage simple.
 
The "Gimme the Ground Beef" Subscription includes:
10 or 20 pounds of grain-finished ground beef, in either Traditional (85/15) or Extra Lean (95/5) options.
