The SMALL box (10+ lbs)  includes a combination of:

1 Chuck Roll Roast
2 Rib Steaks

The LARGE box (20+ pounds) includes a combination of:
4 pounds ground beef
2 Roasts (Bottom Round Roast, Sirloin Tip Roast and/or Chuck Roast)
2 T-Bone Steaks
4 Top Sirloin Steaks

1 package Osso Bucco
