Ready to fill your freezer? A quarter beef will get you well on your way! The cost of a quarter beef is $6.75 per pound based upon the hanging weight of the steer with no additional fees.
 
A quarter beef will include:
Ground Beef (1 lb. packages)
Roast (may include the following: Chuck, Sirloin, Rump, London Broil and Tri-Tip)
Steak (may include the following: Rib/Ribeye, T-Bone, New York, Top Sirloin, Skirt, Flank, Chuck Eye, Denver, Coulette and Tenderloin)
Brisket
Short Ribs or Flanken Ribs
Stew Meat
Osso Bucco
 
All beef is USDA processed and vacuum sealed, with steaks individually packaged.  
$200 deposit secures your quarter beef order, with the remaining cost calculated based upon hanging weight of animal and due upon delivery.

Please note: Shipping is possible, but can be very costly because of the weight (Appx 110 lbs. of beef). We will gladly deliver or meet you within an hour of Walla Walla, Washington with no delivery fee. We make monthly trips to deliver to the Seattle area as well. After purchase, Melissa or Dan Thiessen will be in touch quickly to arrange pick up, delivery, or shipping.
